NEBR has developed a progressive, incentive-based training program to offer our technicians the opportunity to continue their training and education to advance their careers and keep abreast of current industry standards. This path will also serve as a guide for each employee as to when they will become eligible for advancements related to their salary, upon completion of each classification. We feel that a well-trained workforce is integral to the success of NEBR and to maintaining our high level of service to our clients.

NEBR paint and body technicians must complete and pass courses in Commercial Transportation Finishes for both Axalta and PPG products. These courses give the technicians the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to properly prepare substrates to use a product line of commercial and fleet transportation finishes.

All welding is performed by an AWS certified welder following our best practice guidelines for the affected area. All structures being repaired will be inspected and repaired using appropriate prepping materials, filler wires and shielding gas to ensure the quality of the repair.
