Brian Kaminskey

Chief Executive Officer

Brian Kaminskey is the CEO of NEBR, leading one of the nation’s most dynamic and forward-thinking transit support companies. Under his direction, NEBR has established dealership and service relationships with major bus manufacturers, delivered thousands of transit buses across the Northeast, and built a reputation for excellence, delivering transit buses to major cities, and municipalities throughout the country, warranty management, and large-scale refurbishment programs.

Henry Stobierski

Chief Financial Officer

Henry Stobierski joined NEBR as Controller in August 2016. Prior to joining NEBR, from 1999 to 2016, Mr. Stobierski was the Assistant Global Corporate Controller & Senior Vice President of Carpenter & Company, Inc.

Christopher Di Cocco

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Di Cocco has been with NEBR since 2003 where he has performed many different roles on multiple contracts throughout his tenure. He manages four different municipality contracts for the MTA and New York City.

Robert Catalanotto

V.P. Operations

Robert Catalanotto joined NEBR as the Director of Operations with over 15 years of expertise across the transportation, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. Robert oversees the day to day, large-scale maintenance and repair operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing budgets, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Vincent Vesce

V.P. Business Development

Mr. Vesce joined NEBR as VP of Business Development in 2015. From 1997 to 2012 he was employed by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey as a Senior Manager of Airport Access Programs.
