Brian Kaminskey

Chief Executive Officer

Brian Kaminskey is the CEO of NEBR, one of the nation's most dynamic and forward-thinking transit support companies. Under his direction, NEBR has established dealership and service relationships with major bus manufacturers, delivered thousands of transit buses to cities and municipalities nationwide, and built a reputation for excellence in warranty management and large-scale refurbishment.

Henry Stobierski

V.P. Chief Financial Officer

Henry Stobierski joined NEBR as Controller in August 2016. Prior to joining NEBR, from 1997 to 2016, Mr. Stobierski was the Assistant Tax Director and Assistant Global Controller & Senior Vice President of Guy Carpenter & Company, Inc. A subsidiary of Marsh and McLennan Companies.

Christopher Di Cocco

Chief Operating Officer

Christopher Di Cocco has been with NEBR since 2003, where he has performed many different roles across multiple contracts throughout his tenure. Now in his third decade with the company, Mr. Di Cocco manages four separate municipality contracts for the MTA and New York City.

Brian C. Kaminskey

Chief Technology Officer

Brian C. Kaminskey joined NEBR in 2023 and serves as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Kaminskey developed ShopBot, the company's proprietary AI shop management platform handling repair orders, purchase orders, parts, and invoicing. He directs NEBR's technology strategy, integrating AI systems and fleet telematics across shop floor operations.

Robert Catalanotto

V.P. Operations

Robert Catalanotto joined NEBR as Director of Operations with over 15 years of expertise across the transportation, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Catalanotto oversees day-to-day, large-scale maintenance and repair operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing budgets, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Vincent Vesce

V.P. Business Development

Vincent Vesce joined NEBR as Vice President of Business Development in 2015. Prior to joining NEBR, from 1997 to 2012, Mr. Vesce was employed by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he served as Senior Manager of Airport Access Programs.
