NEBR (Northeastern Bus Rebuilders) is nationally recognized as a leader in transit bus maintenance, specializing in mid-life overhauls and alternative fuel systems as an authorized factory representative for the major bus manufacturers. With transit service centers located in New York and Boston, as well as our national presence covering warranty and campaigns, our expertise includes transit bus overhaul, maintenance and warranty support for regional and municipal transit agencies.
What you will find with NEBR as opposed to our competitors is that we specialize in overhauling transit buses. This is what we do. While we have the skillset and knowledge to service trucks and other types of equipment, we have focused our company on the specialized trades relating to transit buses. NEBR has performed many transit bus overhaul programs meeting all State & Regulatory Authority standards.

V.P. Business Development
Mr. Vesce joined NEBR as VP of Business Development in 2015. From 1997 to 2012 he was employed by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey as a Senior Manager of Airport Access Programs.
CFO
Henry Stobierski joined NEBR as Controller in August 2016. Prior to joining NEBR, from 1999 to 2016, Mr. Stobierski was the Assistant Global Corporate Controller S Senior Vice President of Guy Carpenter S Company, Inc.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. DiCocco has been with NEBR since 2003 where he has performed many different roles on multiple contracts throughout his tenure. He manages the day to day production on 4 different municipality contracts for the MTA and New York City.
Specializing in bus remanufacturing, NEBR performs all types of high-quality services. NEBR is certified to work on all of Five Major Transit Bus manufacturers and Sub-component providers: Including but not limited too; New Flyer Industries, Daimler AG, Nova Bus, Gillig and Proterra.
