Over the years we have been supporting the PDI deliveries of transit bus fleets for the City of New York and the City of Boston, as well as many other regional customers. NEBR is intimately involved with the inspections, reporting, and daily interactions with the End user. NEBR works diligently to perform these inspections and deliveries to the standard at which our customers deserve. This is done with skilled personnel and communication. This communication includes trends that are found during PDI that are reported back to the OEM’s factory to rectify issues before they leave the plant. Skilled Technicians are utilized in the repair and preventative foresight to deliver a superior product.

In each and every project NEBR has always put forth the skill, knowledge, and follow through to complete projects on or before schedule. NEBR uses its project management expertise to breakdown specific task into stages. These stages are then prioritized and combined to produce a completed product in the fastest, efficient, and most proficient manner. In the interest of time, these stages are not always accomplished in chronological order, rather they are completed with the least amount of downtime for any particular vehicle. Using this method puts into action each float vehicle to keep the project flow moving from stage to stage. Below you will find a sample of the chronological stages, from pick up of the vehicle from the customers facility to the return of the overhauled, service ready vehicle back to the customers facility.
